With Waldo, you can define thresholds to ensure there are enough Fire Wardens and First Aiders at the office. |
Firstly, make sure all features are activated: Activating all features
- Go to https://admin.hellowaldo.app
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account.
- Under Desk and parking, click on the building you'd like to configure.
- Define your thresholds (e.g., how many Fire Wardens or First Aiders you need).
If you don't see "emergency presences policy", the app might not have full consent. Refer to: Granting consent
- Under Users, go to Users again, and open a user profile.
- In Microsoft Teams, open the Waldo app. You should now see “First aider” and “Fire warden” options.
- This card also appears during the onboarding process when adding Waldo to Teams for the first time.
- In the Waldo app, a new alert icon shows at the bottom right corner—visible only if you're in the building. Clicking it will alert First Aiders and Fire Wardens present onsite.
If you can’t see these options, it’s likely the feature hasn’t been activated. Make sure everything is switched on: Activating all features
