When you launch Waldo, you may encounter the following error: "There was a problem reaching this app." Here's what you can do to resolve this issue. |
When using a Proxy, there may be a difference between the version of Waldo that Microsoft Teams stores in its memory (thanks to your proxy) and the real version of Waldo. This may cause the following error page to appear:
To resolve this, simply follow the steps below:
- Deactivate your proxy in your Windows settings.
You may have to ask your IT administrator to do this part.
- Open a private browsing session in your web browser and go to https://teams.office.com.
- Open the Waldo app inside Microsoft Teams.
- If this resolves the issue, it confirms that your proxy settings are the culprit. In that case, ask your IT administrator to bypass proxy settings for Waldo. The URL to exclude from the proxy is:
