🕵️♀️For technical reasons, customer service may need your user ID for troubleshooting. Here's how you can retrieve it. |
Option 1: Via the Waldo Management Portal.
- Go to the Waldo management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
- Navigate to the Users page.
- Use the FILTERS section to search by username or email, then click Apply.
- Click on the user’s name and scroll down to find the User ID.
Option 2: Via the Waldo app.
- Open the Waldo application and log in.
- Go to Settings and scroll to find your User ID.
Option 3: Via the Graph Explorer.
- Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer
- Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Click “Run Query”.
- Your user ID will appear at the bottom of the results.
