Option 1: Via the Waldo Management Portal.

1. Go to the Waldo management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
2. Navigate to the Users page.
   
   
3. Use the FILTERS section to search by username or email, then click Apply.
   
   
4. Click on the user’s name and scroll down to find the User ID.
   
   

Option 2: Via the Waldo app.

1. Open the Waldo application and log in.
2. Go to Settings and scroll to find your User ID.
   
   

Option 3: Via the Graph Explorer.

1. Go to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer
2. Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
   
3. Click “Run Query”.
4. Your user ID will appear at the bottom of the results.
