| When you use Microsoft Teams Web, you get the error message "There was a problem reaching this app". |
To solve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Right-click on the red cross in the search bar.
- Select the option "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://teams.microsoft.com" and click the Done button.
- Then refresh the web page to see the results.
