The Waldo support team may sometimes ask you for the ID of a building, area, or parking to help troubleshoot an issue or speed things up 💡.

Here’s how to find it in just a few clicks:

1. Head over to the Waldo admin portal.
2. Go to the Building, Parking, or Area you need the ID for.
3. Click the pen icon ✏️ next to the item’s name to open the details.
4. Scroll down the page until you spot:
   • The Building ID (for a building)
   • The Area ID (for an area)
   • The Parking ID (for a parking)

Just copy the ID and share it with us when needed 🔑.

ℹ️ Note: The ID is usually a short two-digit number.
