💡 Ever wondered why someone didn’t get their favorite desk? Or how often they actually did?
There’s now a dedicated GPT for that 👉 Waldo Data Analyst GPT
This GPT, based on ChatGPT, helps you make sense of your Waldo bookings. It analyzes:
- Why a user did or didn’t get a desk or parking spot
- Booking patterns and favorite desk usage
- Area occupancy, compared to user preferences
- Overlaps and conflicts with other users’ favorite desks
⚙️ Examples of what you can ask:
- “Can you check how often Bob got his favorite desk?”
- “Who else has the same favorite desks as Emma?”
- “Analyze Bob@company.com’s bookings.”
How to use it?
Step 1 – Export the data
Head to the Waldo Admin portal → go to Metrics
- Under Export, select your building and download both:
- Users calendars
- User settings
- Then under Area Occupancy, select the same building and download the file as CSV
Step 2 – Convert to XLS
Some CSVs may use different delimiters depending on your country. To make things easier for the GPT:
- Open your CSV files
- Convert and save them as XLS files (yes, XLS, not XLSX)
Step 3 – Ask the GPT
- Open the Waldo Data Analyst GPT
- Drag and drop your XLS files
- Ask your question! 🎯
e.g. “analyze Bob@company.com bookings”
ℹ️ Important note:
All files you upload to the GPT remain private to your session.
