No notifications from Waldo? Here's how to fix it.

💡 Sometimes a little nudge is all it takes to get things flowing again.
1 - Check your Microsoft Teams notifications settings
- Open your Microsoft Teams app and go to Settings (click the ... at the top right)
- Navigate to Notifications and activity
- Make sure Mute all notifications (except for calls and meetings) is set to Off.
2 - Check your Waldo notifications settings
- Open your Waldo app.
- Go to Settings and navigate to the Notifications section
- Ensure that Weekly notifications are enabled, as well as Daily notification if needed.
3 - Reinitialize your Waldo notifications
Here’s a step-by-step to help reinitialize your notifications:
- Open your Waldo app.
- Tap the Chat tab (the one between Calendar and Map, not the Chat in the Microsoft Teams sidebar).
- Type "Hello".
- Authenticate if Waldo asks you to.
- Ask something like: "Who is in the office tomorrow?"
This will reinitialize the notification process.
4 - Make a test
- Go back to your Waldo calendar.
- Set your status to Remote for today.
- Then, select an area to book a desk.
✅ You should now receive your notification.
