With Waldo, you may receive up to two daily notifications, plus one optional weekly notification.
There are two scenarios:
When check-in is required
When check-in is not required
✅ When check-in is not required
You’ll receive one notification — by default, the day before at 3 PM.
You can change this time in your Waldo app settings, under Notifications.
✅ When check-in is required
You’ll receive two notifications:
By default, the day before at 3 PM
(You can change this time in Settings > Notifications)If you haven’t checked in yet, you’ll get a reminder 15 minutes before the check-in deadline
To find out your check-in deadline:
Open the Waldo app
Go to Settings > Notifications
You’ll see something like:
“At LONDON, check-in is enabled and the maximum time allowed to check-in is the same day at 11 AM.”
⚠️ The check-in deadline is set by your workplace. It can’t be changed by users.
🗓 Weekly notification
By default, you’ll also receive a weekly notification.
To manage this, go to Settings > Notifications and adjust your preferences.
