Before you start:
ℹ️ You need an account on our customer portal.
- Make sure you have an account at customer.hellowaldo.app
- Don’t have one yet? Create your account first.
- Once your account is created, contact us so we can configure it and give you access to your organization’s tickets. This step is essential — without it, tickets won’t be visible.
How to view your tickets
Once your account is configured:
- Go to customer.hellowaldo.app
- Authenticate with your credentials
- Click on your profile (top right corner)
- Select Requests
✨ You’ll now see all the support tickets linked to your organization in one place.
