We are experiencing an issue where users are booking a parking space and then not using it.
One explanation is that people are set up to require a space but are not deselecting their spaces on the days that they are not bringing their car. Another may be that they have set up a booking and then for whatever reason can't make it in that day and just forget to remove the booking.
Would it be possible to add a feature requiring users to confirm their booking 24 hours in advance? That way the onus would be on them to confirm that they do need the desk/parking spot rather than remembering to cancel it if they do not require it.
