Car Parking Space sharing: limits per department or tag

Hello,
In smaller car parks where departments have to share spaces it would be brilliant to implement something like the following in order to maintain fairness and utilise every available space
Say there is 5 spaces (unallocated) and 5 departments who can use them. Each department has multiple vehicle users.
When someone from Marketing department (or tag) books a space, this is allocated to them without issue. If someone else from Marketing tries to book, they will be put into the queue as the total department / tag allocation has been set to 1.
If the car park has a free space on the day, the second marketing vehicle is allocated that free space (in the same way as normal)
Something akin to this would be nice, and only needs to be edited in one existing place:
