When you launch Waldo, you may encounter the following error: "There was a problem reaching this app."
Here's what you can do to resolve this issue.
When using a Proxy, there may be a difference between the version of Waldo that Microsoft Teams stores in its memory (thanks to your proxy) and the real version of Waldo.
This may cause the following error page to appear:
To resolve this, simply follow the steps below:
- Deactivate your proxy in your Windows settings.
You may have to ask your IT administrator to do this part.
- Open a private browsing session in your web browser then open Microsoft Teams for Web at https://teams.office.com.
- Open the Waldo app.
- If this does the trick, that means the issue definitely originates from your Proxy settings. You should ask your IT administrator not to use the proxy settings when you use Waldo.
