If you initialy ordered your licenses via Microsoft, you can change the number of licenses directly from your Microsoft 365 admin centeror from your Microsoft Teams App Catalog. Here's how to do that. |
You will need to authenticate with the account you used to place the initial order.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com
- Authenticate using your Microsoft 365 account (ensure to authenticate with the account you used to place the initial order).
- Under Billings, and then Your Products, click on your Waldo subscription.
- Then click on Buy licenses or Remove licenses.
