If you run into the following message: "The bot encountered an error or bug: Code: InvalidAuthenticationToken Message: Access token has expired or is not yet valid", it simply means the authentication token has expired.

But don’t worry — getting back in is quick. Just follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Teams and make sure you're authenticated with your user account.
2. Click on the Waldo app and switch to the chat tab.
3. Type logout in the chat.
4. Then type login and sign in again when prompted.

And that’s it. You’re back in business. 🪄
