When a user takes too much time to complete the onboarding process, the login will expire. The user needs to restart the login process. |
If you run into the following message: "The bot encountered an error or bug: Code: InvalidAuthenticationToken Message: Access token has expired or is not yet valid", it simply means the authentication token has expired.
But don’t worry — getting back in is quick. Just follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Teams and make sure you're authenticated with your user account.
- Click on the Waldo app and switch to the chat tab.
- Type logout in the chat.
- Then type login and sign in again when prompted.
And that’s it. You’re back in business. 🪄
