When a user takes too much time to complete the sign-in step, or fails to enter the validation code, the login will expire. The user will need to restart the login process. |
When you see the message "the sign-in code was not found or expired", it means your login session has timed out. Don’t worry — just restart the login process.
- Click on the Waldo app and go to the Chat tab.
- Type logout
- Then type login
