This article describes what you can do to solve some technical or functional issues you may encounter with Waldo. |
1 – When you cannot access or view the Waldo app
- Sign out from Microsoft Teams, then sign in again.
- Try Waldo on Microsoft Teams for Web: https://teams.office.com
- Try the same link in private browsing mode.
- Uninstall the Waldo app, then reinstall it from the Microsoft Teams store.
- Disable your proxy settings. See the guide: Read more
- Make sure you're allowed to add third-party apps to Microsoft Teams. You might need help from your IT admin.
2 – When you don't see any area to select in your Waldo calendar
- Ensure you have a "complete version" license assigned to your user account.
Read how - Check that desk and parking reservations are enabled for your user.

See how - Try Waldo again using private mode at: https://teams.office.com
- Reinstall Waldo via Microsoft Teams store.

3 – When Waldo can’t find a desk but the area isn’t full
- If you’ve set a must-have tag, make sure matching desks exist.
Check tags - Ensure the available desks aren’t reserved for specific users only.
