How to activate or deactivate desk and parking reservations
π‘ By default, desk and parking reservations are turned on when you assign licenses to users.
What users see
When reservations are enabled, the Waldo calendar shows:
When parking is deactivated, the "My parking place" section disappears:
When desk is deactivated, the "My office place" section disappears:
β οΈ You need to assign licenses before you can activate desk or parking reservations.
1 β Desk reservation
Enable/Disable desk reservation at the enterprise level
- Go to admin.hellowaldo.app
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Navigate to Users β Users.
- Select a user and check or uncheck Desk reservation.
- You can apply this to multiple users at once.
2 β Parking reservation
Parking reservations can be managed in three ways:
Option 1: Enterprise level, per user
- Go to admin.hellowaldo.app
- Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Navigate to Users β Users, then select a user.
- Check or uncheck Parking spot reservation.
- Apply changes in bulk if needed.
β οΈ If parking is disabled at the enterprise level, users canβt re-enable it themselves.
Option 2: User settings
- Open Waldo in Microsoft Teams.
- Go to Settings.
- Check or uncheck Mobility.
Option 3: Remove parking for an entire office
- Go to admin.hellowaldo.app
- Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
- Navigate to Resources β Parkings.
- Select the parking you want to remove and click Remove parking.
