1 - From the Waldo administrator portal
- By default, Outlook sync is off. To enable it, you need to log in to the Waldo administrator portal with administrator privileges.
- From the home page, go to Global Settings > Outlook Sync.
- Click the button once to enable the feature. To disable it, just click again.
ℹ️ Information: The above configuration activates the outlook sync feature, but by default it is still not active in the waldo application. The advantage is that you can sort out users who want to activate the feature.
⚠️ Warning :
In Outlook sync feature, if you enable everything, outlook sync feature will be automatically active in waldo application.
2 - From Teams desktop
- Sign in to the Teams Desktop app.
- Open the Waldo app.
- Go to Settings > Outlook synchronization.
- Click once to enable. Click again to disable.
