The administrator may change, for example, the number of desks and parking spots. Their actions have an immediate effect on office and parking occupancy. So, choose your admins wisely!

1. Go to the management portal: https://admin.hellowaldo.app
2. Log in using your Microsoft 365 account.

   The first person who connects to the portal will automatically be granted administrator status.
       

   
3. Click on "Yes, make me an administrator" when prompted.
