Yes, you can book a desk for the same day — even if you’ve missed the check-in and Waldo marked you as “remote”. 🕒

Here’s how to do it:

💡 Option 1:

• Click the desk Waldo originally assigned you

• The map will open — just pick the desk you want

💡 Option 2:

• Go to the Map tab

• Click on an available desk

• Then click Book this desk

⚠️ Heads-up: if it’s already late in the day (after 4 PM), Waldo will treat the day as over. Booking desks in the past isn’t possible.
