🧭 Here’s how to update a reservation:

Go to the Waldo admin portal.
- In the top menu, click on Reservations.
- On the Reservations page, use the back arrow or click the calendar to go back to the correct date.

Select the location from the dropdown and expand the area where the user is located.
- Click on the specific desk number or parking, then enter the user's name to assign or update the reservation.
- Once you enter your username, the reservation will be automatically updated.
💡 Tip: You can also search directly for the user in the Users tab if you’re unsure where the reservation was made.
⚠️ Heads-up: This feature is only available to admins. Regular users can't edit past bookings.
This is useful when someone forgot to check in, canceled last-minute, or when adjustments are needed for reporting.
