🕵️♀️ Need a break from bot messages in Teams? Whether it’s to reduce notifications or simply stay focused, you can block the Waldo bot — and bring it back when you’re ready. |
🔕 To block the Waldo bot in Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams
- In the left sidebar, locate the Waldo app icon

Right-click on the icon
- Select "Block bot conversation."
That’s it — Waldo will stop sending you messages in Teams until you choose to unblock it.
🔄 To re-enable the Waldo bot
- Right-click the Waldo app icon in the left sidebar again
- Select "Unblock bot conversation."
The bot will resume communication as usual.
⚠️ Note: This only affects your experience in Teams — other members in your organization will continue to receive messages unless they block it individually.
