This article describes what you can do to solve some technical or functionnal issues you may encounter with Waldo.


1 - When you cannot access or you cannot view the Waldo app

  1. Sign out from Microsoft Teams and then sign in again.

  2. Try Waldo with Microsoft Teams for Web at https://teams.office.com.

  3. Try Waldo with Microsoft Teams for Web at https://teams.office.com using your web browser's private browsing mode.

  4. Uninstall the Waldo app and then install it again from the Microsoft Teams application store.


  5. Disable your proxy settings. More information on this can be found in the following article: https://customer.hellowaldo.app/en/support/solutions/articles/8000099563

  6. Make sure you are allowed to add third-party applications to your Microsoft Teams account.
    You may need to ask your IT administrator to check this for you.


2 - When you don't see any area to select in your Waldo calendar

  1. If you use "the complete version," make sure Waldo's "the complete version" license is assigned to your user account.

  2. If you use "the complete version," make sure the desk and parking reservation is enabled for your user.

  3. Make sure there's at least one area assigned to your user.

  4. Try Waldo with Microsoft Teams for Web at https://teams.office.com using your web browser's private browsing mode.

  5. Uninstall the Waldo app and then install it again from the Microsoft Teams application store.

3 - When Waldo is unable to find a desk for you but the area is not full

  1. If you have a must-have tag, make sure there are desks available with the same must-have tag.

  2. Make sure the available desks are not only reservable by one specific person.
