For various reasons—confidentiality, specific equipment, team habits—some users need to stick to one desk or parking spot.

Waldo makes that easy. You can assign desks and parking to be "reservable only by" a specific user.
  

1. Sign in to the Waldo admin portal.
2. Authenticate using administrator rights.
3. From the Home page, navigate to: Desk and Parking > Resources > [Entity] > [Office or Building].
4. If areas are set up, open one.

5. Select a desk from the list.

6. Click Add user... next to "Can only be reserved by" and select the user.

Can’t find the user? They might not be assigned to that area or don’t have a license.
  

7. Click Save.
8. You can apply the same to parking spots. From the same section, go to the relevant parking space.
9. Select the parking spot, then click "Can only be reserved by".

10. Click Save again.
