1. Create an unnumbered area and name it something like "Deskless Office". It’s a bit like a lounge, but with purpose.

2. Estimate how many people might come in without needing a desk. Then create that many desks in this unnumbered area.
   Don’t worry—no actual desk count is needed, this is just to track the intent.
3. When someone selects "Deskless Office", Waldo gives them a little nod and lets them know: “You’re all set. Sit anywhere you like.”
   No assigned desk. Just freedom.
