How to change the time of your daily notification

🕵️‍♀️ 💡 Why change it?
Your daily notification gives you a snapshot of your bookings, queues, and spot updates — right on time. But what “on time” means is up to you.

You can set the hour Waldo sends it, so it fits your day perfectly. Early planner? Late checker? You decide.

🕒 How to adjust your daily notification time

  1. Open the Waldo app
  2. Tap Settings (top right)
  3. Go to Notifications
  4. Tap on Daily notification
  5. Select the time that works best for you
  6. That’s it — your new time is saved ✅

💡 Good to know:

  • The notification is sent the day before your booking, at your chosen time.
  • If your booking is confirmed after this time, you’ll also receive an instant notification.

⚠️ No double pings: Waldo avoids sending the same info twice. That’s why the timing matters.

    Would it be possible to add more times for the daily notification, expecially some early times for the day before? Now, the earliest is the day before at 12pm. Multiple users requested to get that notification early on the day (for example 9am), before their meeting hustle begins.

    Would really help a lot!
