Use Waldo as parking only

Applicable plans: ❎ The free plan, ✅ The complete plan, ✅ On-demand plan

If you'd like, you can use Waldo solely for the parking feature. Here's how to do just that ⬇️

Head to the management portal: https://app.hellowaldo.app
Log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
Go to the Users section, then select the user you’d like to configure.
Remove all allowed areas – make sure the user has no access to office spaces.
Disable the Desk reservation option.
Click Add Allowed Parking to give access to one or several parking zones.
Enable the Parking reservation feature.
That’s it! When the user logs into Waldo, they’ll only see their parking options — clean, focused, and clutter-free.
