Waldo offers two plans. You can start with one, upgrade later, or run both at the same time within the same company. Here is what each one includes.

The Free plan

The Free plan is available forever at no cost. No credit card, no time limit. It covers the essentials for teams that want visibility over attendance and remote work without managing desk reservations yet.

With the Free plan, your team can:

• See who is working remotely and who is on-site each day
• Track parking occupancy across your offices
• Set work-from-home policies for the whole organisation
• See where teammates are located

The Complete plan

The Complete plan adds everything your team needs to actively manage workspaces, from the first booking to full adoption.

With the Complete plan, your team can also:

• Reserve desks and parking spots in advance
• Book meeting rooms with real-time availability
• Create and update unlimited floor maps
• Access a full adoption support programme and change management resources

Can I mix both plans?

Yes. You can assign the Free plan to some users and the Complete plan to others within the same company. This is useful if only part of your team needs active desk reservations.

Microsoft Azure credits

Waldo is a Microsoft Azure eligible solution. If your organisation has Azure credits available, you may be able to use them toward your Waldo subscription. Ask your IT contact for more details.
