This issue only happens on the web version of Waldo. When you click Continue with Microsoft, your browser tries to open a Microsoft sign-in popup. Most browsers block popups by default, which is why nothing appears.
The simplest fix: use Waldo directly in Microsoft Teams
Open Microsoft Teams, find the Waldo app and click Continue with Microsoft from there. The popup issue does not exist in Teams. You will be connected in seconds.
If you prefer to stay on the web version
Look at the right side of your browser address bar. You should see a small icon indicating a popup was blocked. Click it and allow popups for this page, then try again.
